My Choice Is Clear was registered as a Closed Corporation in 2010 with Dr Derryth Royffe and Etienne Jaques as the members.

They found that many conditions such as addiction, weight problems, ADHD, PTSD and depression can have the same symptoms. These symptoms often came about through some form of unresolved trauma in people's lives. By treating the unresolved trauma most (if not all) of these conditions could be alleviated.

Trauma goes way beyond the popular idea that most people have of what it is. Essentially any event that severely impairs the way we usually cope and in which there is an element of ‘fatalness' or an irrevocable conclusion is TRAUMA. It can affect us physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually or in any combination of these.

Dr Derryth Royffe (Traumatologist / Addictionologist) has partnered with Etienne Jaques (Resiliency Coach, Trainer and Administration) and Bradley Whittingham (Life Coach and Intern Addictionologist) to form a dynamic team that will be offering a multitude of services to meet all your Health and Wellness needs.
